Article 1 - Purpose
These conditions govern sales by ASEPT INMED, 9 avenue Mercure, 31130 Quint Fonsegrives de dispositifs médicaux.
Article 2 - Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.
In case of order towards a country other than metropolitan France you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of ASEPT INMED. They will be at your charge and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to ask your local authorities about these aspects.
All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.
ASEPT INMED reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of ASEPT INMED until full payment of the price.
Attention: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

The contractual information is presented in French language and will be the subject of a confirmation at the latest at the time of the validation of your order.
ASEPT INMED reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.
Article 4 - Validation of your order
Any order appearing on the Internet site https://aseptinmed-shop.fr supposes the adhesion to the present General Conditions. Any confirmation of order involves your full and whole adhesion to the present general conditions of sale, without exception nor reserve.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of it.
The order confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
A summary of your order information and these General Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the e-mail address confirming your order.
Article 5 - Payment
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payment for your purchases is made by credit card using the secure E-transactions system.
The card is debited only when the order is dispatched. In case of split deliveries, only the shipped products are debited.
Article 6 - Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be likely to defeat the right of withdrawal.
The return costs are at your expense.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, ASEPT INMED will refund the sums paid, within 14 days of notification of your request and via the same means of payment as the one used when ordering.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The provision of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun after prior express consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
- The supply of goods or services the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market outside the control of the issuer.- The supply of goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised.

- The supply of digital content not supplied on a material medium the execution of which began after prior express agreement of the consumer and express renunciation of his right of withdrawal.
Article 7 - Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site https://aseptinmed-shop.fr and within the limits of available stocks. For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability at our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.
Furthermore, the https://aseptinmed-shop.fr website is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Therefore the company ASEPT INMED reserves the right to refuse orders for ........... (number) identical items.
Article 8 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.
In the event of delay of forwarding, an email will be addressed to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time which was indicated to you.
In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you have the option to cancel the order under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product we will proceed to its refund and shipping costs under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
In case of deliveries by a carrier, ASEPT INMED cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to unavailability of the customer after several appointments.
Article 9 - Security
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All complaints, exchange or refund requests must be made by mail/telephone/mail within 30 days of delivery.
The products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions...). The shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate and the return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.
Article 10 - Liability
The proposed products are in conformity with the French legislation in force. ASEPT INMED cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.
